Truck Unloader ( Tippler ) Standard

SKS Standard Tippler is a material handling device used in projects or unloading of Sugar cane,Limestone,Coal,Silica etc.The tipple is permanently erected along the carrier or Hopper. Loaded Truck(6/10/12 wheeled) is first brought on to the tippler platform. Truck is then Hydraulically hooked to the front wheels. Rear Stoppers of the Tippler hydraulically support  Truck's rear wheels. Truck is then tilted hydraulically upto max angle of 55 degree. The material slides down to the carrier/ hopper. The cycle takes 4-5 minutes.
